Longlisted Poem: “When the Sky Reaches Back”
Ekemini David Udoh is a 400-level law student at the University of Uyo. Her work materializes what heals, where it wounds, and what it leaves behind. Drawing from personal and inherited narratives, her poetry lingers on the body as a site of devotion and conflict, tracing the quiet tensions between reverence, silence, and survival.
